The ACW Women's Tag Team Championship (alt: APEX Women's Tag Team Championship) is a women's professional wrestling tag team championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion Apex Caliber Wrestling (ACW). The title is one of two tag team championships for ACW's main roster in the Women's Division, along with the APEX World Tag Team Championship for the male roster. The current champions are iGeneration (Carly Shay and Sam Puckett), who are in their first reign, both as a team and individually.

Hinata Hyūga

Inaugural champion Hinata Hyūga

On the April 12, 2013 episode of ACW, co-owners Jesse Alvarez and Joshua Garza unveiled the ACW Women's Tag Team Championship. The inaugural champions were crowned at Southern Hell on July 28, 2013 in a tag team match. The title contest was determined as a "second chance title opportunity" for the women wrestlers who lost a chance to become the inaugural ACW Women's Champion; Hinata Hyūga, Samantha Hart, Rei Miyamoto and Saeko Busujima were involved in that tournament. At Southern Hell, the team of Hyuga and Hart (who are now known as Hart of Hyuga together) defeated Miyamoto and Busujima to become the inaugural champions.
