The ACW World Tag Team Championship (alt: APEX World Tag Team Championship) is a professional wrestling world tag team championship created and promoted by the American professional wrestling promotion Apex Caliber Wrestling (ACW). The title is one of two tag team championships for ACW's main roster on the men's side, along with the APEX Women's Tag Team Championship for the Women's Division. The current champions are Alpha & Omega (Carter Young and Stan Terra), who are in their first reign, both as a team and individually.

Inaugural champions Altered Egos.
On the April 12, 2013 episode of ACW, co-owners Jesse Alvarez and Joshua Garza unveiled the ACW World Tag Team Championship. The inaugural champions were crowned at Southern Hell on July 28, 2013 in a tag team match. Altered Egos (Yugi Mutou and Atem) and the Gods of Darkness (Yami Bakura and Marik Ishtar) were automatically set for the title bout regarding their feud at the time. At Southern Hell, Altered Egos defeated the Gods of Darkness to become the inaugural ACW World Tag Team Champions.

Alpha & Omega (Carter Young and Stan Terra) are the current champions in their first reign, both as a team and individually. They won the championships by defeating Altered Egos and The Symbiotes (Venom and Carnage) in a Triple Threat Tag Team Elimination Match on July 28, 2013, at Rebellion in Washington D.C.
