Harvey McKenzie is a character from the Cartoon Network series Codename: Kids Next Door. He is operative Numbuh 363 of the Kids Next Door, the leader of Sector W, and the younger brother of the Supreme Leader of the KND, Rachel 'Numbuh 362' McKenzie. He aspires to become a great KND operative and prove he doesn't need his sister to be great. He also has a rivalry with Nigel 'Numbuh 1' Uno.
In Fiction Wrestling, Harvey is currently signed to Wrestling Next Door (WND). He is the only fully heel member of his sector, as well as a member of the Rookie Revolution, and is regarded as the general of the WND branch of the stable.
