Sakura Hagiwara is the protagonist of the manga and anime series Wanna Be The Strongest in the World. Originally a pop singer who was challenged to a wrestling match to defend the pride of her pop group, Sweet Diva, Hagiwara humiliantingly lost, before leaving the music business and becoming a full-time professional wrestler.
In the fiction wrestling, Sakura is currently signed with GAIA Women Athletes, where she teams with her friend and rival Elena Miyazawa, and Heart and Soul Wrestling. She previously worked in Northern Carnage Wrestling before the company's shutdown in 2018.
